Background and Perseverance
Our Fund was officially established on September 1, 2019, and has silently supported vulnerable political rehabilitants in our society for years.
However, our relief efforts have consistently faced severe suppression:
• October 21, 2022: Due to malicious mass reporting by proestablishment groups, our long-running Facebook page was forcibly removed by the authorities. Furthermore, our web hosting company unilaterally terminated our website services after receiving anonymous threatening phone calls. •
• June 18, 2026: In the early hours of the morning, officers from the Regional Crime Unit forcibly raided our residence and arrested our founder, Mak Tsz Hin, for investigation. The authorities attempted to completely silence us and shut down the operations of this website. Despite facing arrests and continuous suppression, we refuse to compromise. We will maintain this platform, keeping our original intention unchanged: to provide charitable and voluntary relief to those in need.
This Fund relies entirely on the life savings of our three founders to maintain its operations:

This organization is a purely charitable and voluntary NGO. This website has absolutely no involvement in anti-social behavior, nor do we engage in criticizing or opposing the Hong Kong Government. Our sole purpose is to help innocent individuals reintegrate into society and become self-reliant.
